Standing at the Cross

As a Lenten lead-in to the 500th anniversary of the Reformation this fall 2017, our Lenten services this year will focus on portions of sermons Martin Luther actually preached during Lent in parishes where he served. As we stand with Luther at the foot of the cross each week, we will contemplate the ways in which we stand firm in the faith as followers of Christ during this holy season.

Starting March 1st, Ash Wednesday, join us for six weeks on Wednesdays at 6:45 pm in Hosanna’s Sanctuary for a Lenten service using Holden’s Evening Prayer as our musical liturgy that evening. Come at 6:00 pm for a soup supper each week
prior to the Lenten Service…these will be held starting March 8th.
